Welcome to Southeast Prints. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services offered by Southeast Prints ("we," "us," or "our") through our website, https://southeastprints.com/ (the "Site"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Description of Service

Southeast Prints provides high-quality custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing services. Our services include, but are not limited to, processing customer-submitted designs, printing them onto transfer film, and shipping the finished products to you. We offer various tools on our Site, such as gang sheet builders and premade sheet uploads, to facilitate your order.

User Obligations & Artwork Submission

When you place an order, you are responsible for the content you submit. You agree to the following:

  • File Format: You will submit your designs in the required format (e.g., .PNG with a transparent background) and resolution (300 DPI or higher) as specified on our Site. We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or incorrectly formatted files.
  • Content Rights: You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use the content you submit. You agree that your submitted content will not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. Southeast Prints reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to print any design that violates these terms.

We are not obligated to review user-submitted content for potential intellectual property infringement. The responsibility for ensuring content legality rests solely with you.

Ordering and Processing

  • Order Placement: All orders must be placed through our Site. You are responsible for reviewing your order details, including design specifications, quantity, and shipping information, before submission.
  • Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours for orders placed by 1:00 PM EST. This means such orders will typically ship the same day. While we strive to meet this timeline, it is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to high order volume, equipment maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Rush Orders: We may offer a "Rush My Order" service for an additional fee, which prioritizes your order for faster processing and pickup/shipping. The specific terms and timelines for rush orders will be detailed at the time of purchase.
  • Order Changes & Cancellations: Due to our fast turnaround times, orders are sent to production shortly after they are placed. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order is submitted. Please contact us immediately at info@southeastprints.com if you require a change, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not started.

Payment and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Full payment is required at the time you place your order. We accept payment through the methods listed on our checkout page. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it. You agree to pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Shipping

We ship orders via UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Southeast Prints is not responsible for any shipping delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Refund and Reprint Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products.

  • Defects: If you receive a print with a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect colors caused by our equipment, smudges, or other print-related errors), please contact us at info@southeastprints.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide photographic evidence of the defect. Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, either reprint the affected items or issue a refund for the defective portion of your order, minus shipping costs.
  • Non-Defective Issues: We are not responsible for and will not issue refunds for errors originating from customer-submitted files, such as low-resolution images, misspellings, or incorrect color profiles. We also do not provide refunds for application errors (e.g., incorrect heat press settings).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southeast Prints, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, and directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any errors or omissions in the services or prints; or (c) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your submissions.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Southeast Prints exceed the total amount you paid to us in the one-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, where Southeast Prints is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of our services after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
