Please submit a high-quality .PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI or higher. Artwork is printed as received, so please check your file carefully before submitting.

No. We do not remove backgrounds from customer artwork. Artwork must be submitted ready to print, and your design will be printed exactly as uploaded and shown in the preview before checkout. If you do not want a background printed, please upload a transparent PNG file.

Transfer size depends on the garment and design. Check our Transfer Sizing Guide for recommended adult, youth, infant, and left-chest sizes.

No. Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our production queue and cannot be modified. Our production process is highly automated, so changes or additions cannot be guaranteed after checkout. If you need additional transfers, please place a separate order.

If you realize you've made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made, we'll do our best to assist before production begins.

Screens and printers produce color differently, so some variation is normal. If an exact color is important, we recommend ordering a test print before placing a large order.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET). We are closed on weekends and major holidays.

A "gang sheet" is a term used in the printing industry for a method where multiple designs are printed on the same transfer sheet. This approach is economical and efficient, as it lets you maximize each sheet by sizing and arranging your images accordingly. The term "ganging" refers to this grouping of designs on the same print job.

By using the entire sheet, you can reduce material waste and minimize costs. The more efficiently you lay out your designs on a gang sheet, the more cost-effective your print job becomes.

You can create your own gang sheet using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or our online gang sheet builder. Submitting your self-created gang sheet is typically less expensive than using the online builder.

To assist first-time customers, we offer help creating your initial gang sheet, so you get the most from each sheet, with all designs using the same type of material and print settings for compatibility.

Our standard cutoff is 1:00 PM (ET) Monday–Friday. DTF orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped or ready for local pickup by 5:00 PM the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped or ready for local pickup by 5:00 PM the next business day.

Yes! Select Local Pickup during checkout, and you'll be notified when your order is ready.

We ship with UPS. Film rolls are packed in plastic sleeves for protection and shipped in 24" x 4" x 4" heavyweight cardboard boxes sealed with reinforced paper tape that bonds with the box.

Click the person icon in the top right corner to open the Account page and click on the order under your Order History. The tracking number is in the order details.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is a defect in your print we will refund your money minus shipping. Photos of the damage or defect must be sent via email to info@southeastprints.com before a refund will be issued. See our full Refund Policy.

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. This gives us the information we need to review the problem and help as quickly as possible.

Turnaround varies by product. Custom patches are approximately 1–3 business days, while YETI products are approximately 5–7 business days. Shipping time, weekends, and holidays are not included.
