Shipping

All orders are shipped through UPS. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimated transit times and do not include our production turnaround time.

Once your package has been picked up by UPS, tracking updates and delivery times are handled by the carrier. Please allow time for tracking to update after your order ships.

Please double-check your shipping address and shipping method before completing checkout.

Local Pickup

Select Local Pickup at checkout if you would like to pick up your order.

Please wait until you receive notification that your order is ready for pickup before arriving.

DTF Turnaround

Our standard DTF cutoff is 1 PM Monday–Friday.

Orders before 1 PM: Generally ready for pickup or shipping the same business day.

Orders after 1 PM: Generally ready the next business day.

Weekends and holidays are not included.

Important

Our shipping process is automated, and shipping labels may be purchased shortly after an order is submitted. Because of this, shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Once an order has been submitted, we also cannot guarantee changes to the shipping method, address, or pickup selection. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
