Ordering Guide

Ordering from Southeast Prints is easy! Whether you're ordering individual transfers, building a gang sheet, or choosing a premade option, follow the steps below to make sure your order is submitted correctly.

Before You Order

Have your artwork ready before starting your order. For best results, we recommend:

• PNG files
• Transparent backgrounds
• High-resolution artwork
• 300 DPI whenever possible
• Artwork cropped closely around the design

Ordering Individual DTF Transfers

Individual transfers are a great option when you already know exactly how many prints you need.

1. Choose your transfer size.
2. Upload your artwork.
3. Select the quantity you need.
4. Review your artwork and selections.
5. Add to cart and complete checkout.

Make sure you select the correct size for each design. See our Transfer Sizing Guide if you're unsure what size to order.

Ordering a Gang Sheet

We offer different ways to order gang sheets depending on how you prefer to work.

We Build Your Gang Sheet
Upload your individual designs, choose the size and quantity you need, and let our system build the gang sheet for you.

Online Gang Sheet Builder
Build the sheet yourself for complete control over design size, quantity, and placement. You can manually arrange your designs or use Auto Build.

Premade Gang Sheets
Choose from our ready-to-print gang sheet designs. No uploading or building required.

Ordering UV-DTF

UV-DTF transfers are designed for application to hard, smooth surfaces.

1. Choose the UV-DTF product you need.
2. Select your size or sheet option.
3. Upload your artwork if ordering custom transfers.
4. Enter your quantity.
5. Review everything carefully.
6. Add to cart and checkout.

Please make sure your artwork is sized correctly and has the background removed before submitting.

Ordering Custom Engraving

For custom engraving products, select the product you want and follow the available customization options on that product page.

Double-check names, dates, spelling, monograms, and other personalized information before submitting your order.

Local Pickup or Shipping

At checkout, choose your available delivery method.

Local Pickup: You'll be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping: Select the available shipping option at checkout. We currently ship using UPS.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Our 1 PM Cutoff

Orders submitted before 1:00 PM Monday–Friday are generally scheduled to ship or be ready for pickup the same business day by approximately 5:00 PM.

Orders submitted after 1:00 PM are generally scheduled for the next business day.

Weekends and holidays are not included in our standard turnaround time.

Order volume and other circumstances can occasionally affect turnaround times.

Need It Faster?

Rush service may be available for an additional fee during normal business hours.

Availability depends on current production volume, so rush service should not be assumed unless the rush option is available and selected for your order.

Review Before Checkout

Before submitting your order, check:

✓ Correct transfer or sheet size
✓ Correct quantity
✓ Correct artwork uploaded
✓ Transparent background where needed
✓ Spelling and personalization
✓ Shipping or pickup selection
✓ Shipping address
✓ Entire gang sheet preview, if applicable

After Your Order Is Submitted

Our production process is highly automated. Once an order is submitted, it may move into production quickly.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee that artwork, sizing, quantities, shipping options, or other order details can be changed after checkout.

If you realize something is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, but please understand that the order may already be in production.

Please review your entire order before completing checkout.

Southeast Prints prints artwork as received and uses the sizes, quantities, and options selected when the order is placed. Taking an extra minute to review everything before submitting can prevent most ordering issues.
