LEGAL NOTICE

By placing an order with Southeast Prints, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Artwork Responsibility
    Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all uploaded artwork, images, text, sizing, and design placement before submitting an order. Southeast Prints is not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, incorrect sizing, transparency issues, or other artwork-related errors.
  2. Intellectual Property
    By submitting artwork, you certify that you own or have permission to reproduce any copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or otherwise protected material. Southeast Prints assumes no responsibility or liability for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork.
  3. Color Variations
    Printed colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, printers, inks, fabrics, materials, and production methods. Minor color variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
  4. Custom Products
    All products are custom-made to order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded except in cases where Southeast Prints determines a manufacturing defect has occurred.
  5. Application & Care
    Customers are responsible for following all application and care instructions provided with our products. Southeast Prints is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect heat press settings, insufficient pressure, improper surface preparation, improper washing, or misuse of the product.
  6. Claims & Defects
    Orders must be inspected upon delivery. Any claims for shortages, damaged products, or manufacturing defects must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
  7. Shipping
    Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Southeast Prints is not responsible for shipping delays, weather-related delays, lost packages, damaged packages caused during transit, or other carrier-related issues beyond our control.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    Southeast Prints' maximum liability for any claim shall be limited to the replacement of the affected product or the original purchase price of that product, at Southeast Prints' sole discretion. Southeast Prints shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
  9. Acceptance of Terms
    By placing an order with Southeast Prints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Legal Notice and any additional policies published by Southeast Prints.
